Diversity Survey (Office for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion)
To all Keio faculty, staff members, and students,
The university has created a diversity survey for all faculty, staff, and students at Keio university.
This survey is being sent out by the Office for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion to ask for input and feedback on its diversity initiatives.
Although the responses we receive will be used for various internal reviews conducted at the Office for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, please understand that your suggestions may not necessarily be adopted. Also, written responses and other data from this survey may be publicized. Should we determine that there are privacy concerns involved in publishing the responses we receive, we may take action to partially redact or summarize answers before releasing the information.
However, the questionnaire itself is anonymous, and there are no questions that will reveal your identity, so feel free to give us your honest opinions.
