Free Period Products

The Office for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, has begun distributing free period products through the "Breeze Project: Supporting Women's Bodies" initiative as a way of addressing the needs of students at our university dealing with uncertain times.

We hope that this support will help students get the most out of their college experience.

For those interested in receiving these products, fill out the forms below according to the following guidelines.

■ Details of the Program
Period products (details below) will be provided to eligible students at their affiliated campus's University Co-op Store.
*Due to inventory control, students will only be able to pick up products at the campus they regularly attend.
Products:
・1 package of 8 sanitary pads (heavy flow winged, for daytime)
・2 packages of 3 sanitary pads (winged, for nighttime)
(While hand-held paper bags (large size) are available, when possible please bring your own bag.)

■ Eligibility
Students enrolled at an undergraduate faculty or graduate school (including international students)
*However, non-degree students, including non-degree students (for credit) and correspondence course students, are not eligible.

■ Application period
From Wednesday, June 14, to Thursday, June 29 at 13:00

■ Screening Criteria
If application numbers exceed the number of available products, priority will be given to those who are deemed most in need based on their answers on the application form.

■ Notice of Screening Results
Wednesday, July 5 (subject to change)
All applicants will be notified of the screening results via the message tab on keio.jp.

■ Product Pickup: Timeframe and details:
・Timeframe: Any time after a student receives the email guide to picking up products until Tuesday , August 1.
・Pickup Location: The University Co-op Store at a student's affiliated campus. A more detailed guide will be included in future emails.
・Students will need to present their ID card (IC card) when picking up their products. *Please note that we cannot distribute products to students who have forgotten their ID cards.
・Depending on University Co-op Store inventories, there may be cases when products are not available. If this occurs, students will need to pick up the products on a subsequent day.

■ Important points
*Your student number and affiliated campus information will be required when filling out the application. *You must be logged into Google through your keio.jp account in order to access the application form. If you are unable to access the form, please open your Google account and log in using your keio.jp account.
After switching to your keio.jp account, we recommend that you restart your browser before attempting to access the application again.
*Product pickup will not be available before screening results are announced, or after the pickup period has closed.
*Due to inventory control, you will only be able to pick up products at your affiliated campus.
*Eligibility to pick up products is non-transferrable.
